All products sold by SoCal Peptides 1776 (“Company,” “we,” “us”) are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorized professional purchasing these compounds solely for lawful research purposes. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. We make no claims that our products treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any research compound.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), USD Coin (USDC), Zelle, and local cash pickup. Full payment is required before an order is shipped. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

For Zelle payments: you must include the exact order reference in your memo. Payments received without the correct reference may be delayed or unmatched. For cryptocurrency payments: the amount due is calculated at the time of order creation; exchange-rate fluctuations after that point are the customer’s responsibility.

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping as displayed on the site.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and the regulatory environment surrounding them, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. If you receive a product that is damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoCal Peptides 1776 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoCal Peptides 1776 and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
