Processing time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Crypto payments confirm within minutes; Zelle transfers are matched once per business day.
Shipping methods
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days
- UPS Ground — 3–5 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $200
- Flat $12 shipping under $200
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. Orders for heat-sensitive items pause shipping in extreme weather to protect the product — we'll email you if your order is held.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number within an hour of label creation.
Domestic only
We ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally. No exceptions.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Opened or used products are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or lost shipments
Email us at SOCIALPEPTIDES1776@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
