When you place an order or sign up for our email list, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Shipping address (street, city, state, zip)
• Payment method type (BTC, USDC, Zelle, or cash — we do not store card numbers or crypto private keys)
• Order details (products purchased, amounts, timestamps)
• Payment proof you voluntarily submit (transaction hashes, Zelle confirmation notes)

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not collect or store financial account credentials of any kind.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, payment confirmation, shipping updates)
• Respond to your support inquiries
• Send occasional product updates if you opted into our email list (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following services to operate the store:

• Supabase — our database provider. Order and customer data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver order-related emails. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Coinbase Commerce — cryptocurrency payment processing (for BTC and USDC orders). Transaction metadata may be shared. See Coinbase Commerce Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — website hosting. Access logs (IP address, browser, request path) may be retained per Vercel’s standard logging practices.

We retain order records for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal compliance purposes. Email list subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us — see Section 7 below.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to our database is restricted to service-role credentials stored as server-side environment variables — never exposed to the browser. We do not store payment credentials of any kind.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days.
